Birrarung, River of Mists and ShadowsRegular price $185.00
The Birrarung (Yarra River) was an important freshwater river and food source for our people. Eels and freshwater fish were aplenty, a beautiful waterfall once separated the salty sea water from the fresh, it is now the Queens Street Bridge in Melbourne. Our people travelled up and down the Birrarung in bark canoes and camped along the banks on this majestic river of mists.
