We have a strong relationship to our ancestral spirit guides in the sky, they are the source of many of our Dreaming stories. We are the oldest astronomers on earth, holders of infinite knowledge passed down over thousands of years through our song-lines. When the skies were young, the giant Canoe was formed – Orion’s Belt. The Emu Spirit Creator stretched through the starry dust and gas clouds of the Southern Cross to the Milky Way staring down to the new Earth. The stars were used for learning lore and for mapping, they are the path of the sky.
